Cerberus technicians are trained and have extensive experience in all aspects of hosting service we can offer our clients. In a continuing effort to provide our client's with the best experience in hosting, we feel that providing the best support service is one of the key elements in making sure that our client's do get the experience they want.

Cerberus has several different methods of contact for our clients and we stress the use of the method that's easiest to them. By providing different means of communication, we give the customer different means of being able to take care of any problems or questions they have without impeding on whatever other tasks are at hand.

Currently we are working on constructing a new support management system that will further improve our customer interaction. We currently do not have a launch date scheduled due to unforseen encounters, but when the page is available, we will add information on how to access the system to this page.
